These cookies are so good you would never even know they are free of grain, gluten, dairy, soy and refined sugars!
Ingredients
1 c almond flour
1/3 c coconut flour
1/3 c coconut oil
1 egg
3 T honey
1/4 c chocolate chips
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 325 F. Mix coconut oil with the honey. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until it becomes a nice cookie dough consistency. Add chocolate chips (Enjoy Life are allergy free). Roll into balls, press into a cookie shape on your baking sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes. Allow to fully cool before eating to prevent crumbling. Delicious!
