At the beginning of the year, my girlfriends and I sit down to reflect on our previous year and set goals for the upcoming year. This is my favorite way to look back and really appreciate where I've been and intentionally focus on what's next. This year I'm rewording goals and listing intentions instead. I was inspired after listening to this blog post on Optimal Living Daily.
The categories were made based loosely on the book, The Code of the Extraordinary Mind, which was part of my Book Club suggestions for 2017.
