You're going to be shocked at how delicious these pancakes are, how well they stay together and how easy they are to make. I know how hard it is to make a good paleo pancake. I dare you to make them at your next brunch.
Ingredients
1 c carrots, shredded 2 eggs 1 T coconut flour
1 T tapioca flour
¼ tsp baking powder
Dash of salt and cinnamon
