This has been my go to for post workout recoveries lately. I seem to recover a little bit better with electrolytes and I'm always looking for a way to sneak in some more collagen. Make sure you keep a few extra ripe bananas around for this one!
Ingredients
1 banana
Chocolate electrolytes (you can also use 1 tsp cocoa, dash of sea salt and 1 tsp maple syrup)
1 scoop of collagen
Water
Ice (or frozen cauliflower)
Blend it all up and enjoy!
