So, these cookies are basically everything delicious in one bite without the refined grains and sugars. Also, there are only 6 ingredients. #winning
Ingredients
1/2 c oats
1 c peanut butter
1/4 c honey
1 egg
1/4 c chocolate chips
1/4 tsp salt
Soak the oats with 1/8 c water and a dash of salt for at least 30 minutes to improve the texture of them in the cookie. After that, preheat the oven to 350F. Mix all of the ingredients together. It should create a nice, sticky dough consistency. Roll them into balls and press them into a cookie shape on a lined or oiled cookie sheet. Bake them for 15 minutes. Allow to cool so they aren't too crumbly. Enjoy!
