Pregnancy and labor are two of the biggest events in a woman's life. It's also one of the most extreme body changes in such a short period of time. In a world where low back pain is the leading cause of disability, it's no wonder so many new mama's also experience low back pain.
In this 75 minute workshop, we will go over the importance of the core, major components of the core, posture and alignment and functional exercises to improve the core's function to ultimately improve mama's strength and abilities and decrease risk of injury and low back in the future. No sit ups allowed!
Every woman will experience some level of diastis reci (abdominal separation). Understanding the factors that help with the healing of the core will give you the tools to feel and move better, which is especially essential as baby grows and becomes more mobile.
You are designed to feel and functional well. Don't let pain stop you from being the mom you want to be.
Dress ready to work out and bring water. Babies welcome!
